CJ Esthetics provides skincare and esthetic services in Lexington, KY. Service details, pricing, and availability are listed on our website and may change without notice.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 late cancellation charge.for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any reason, including safety concerns or inappropriate conduct.

3. Health Disclosures

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about allergies, skin conditions, medications, and health history prior to treatment. CJ Esthetics is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate information.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refunds & Satisfaction

Due to the nature of esthetic services, we do not offer refunds on completed services or products. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 7 business days so we can address your concerns.
